What's Tea? Breaking Down Omarosa's Claims In Gifs.

When Omarosa Manigualt Newman, the former African-American outreach director for the Trump Administration, now speaks negatively about her former boss, it's easy for people on both sides to roll their eyes. It's understood from folks on our end that she's no longer invited to the cookout. If she feels strongly about Trump being a liar and racist, why did she take the job in the first place? Omarosa has since taken responsibility for her role in the Trump Administration,

How he is not engaged in some of the most important decisions that impact our country. I was complicit and for that I regret.”

Manigualt's tell-all memoir Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House, is being released tomorrow, and she is not holding back at all. Omarosa kicked off her press run on Meet the Press, and told host Chuck Todd that Trump is a racist, and says she has the tapes of Trump saying the n-word and several other racial explicatives. In a video obtained by CBS, Omarosa shares a phone conversation between her, former spokesperson Katrina Pierson, former assistant to Eric Trump Lynn Payton, and campaign director Jason Miller, in which they discuss how to 'spin' audio of Trump using the n-word. In her book she writes, "Using the N-word was not just the way he talks but, more disturbing, it was how he thought of me and African Americans as a whole.”
Omarosa didn't stop there. On Meet the Press Sunday morning, Omarosa played audio from her firing from chief of staff John Kelly. Now, how sis got her phone into the super-secure Situation Room is another story (if you ask her friend-turned-foe April Ryan, it's a mega security breach, but that's besides the point). In the audio, John Kelly urges Manigualt to play out a "friendly departure" and continued, "And then you can go on without any type of difficulty in the future relative to your reputation," When Omarosa began to question the reasons for her termination, Kelly affirmed that it was a "non-negotiable discussion", When Omarosa asked if Trump had co-signed the firing, Kelly said that the staff reports to him, not Trump.
“TRUMP: Omarosa, what’s going on? I just saw on the news that you’re thinking about leaving? What happened?
MANIGAULT-NEWMAN: General Kelly — General Kelly came to me and said that you guys wanted me to leave.
TRUMP: No ... I, I — Nobody even told me about it.
MANIGAULT-NEWMAN: Wow.
TRUMP: You know they run a big operation, but I didn’t know it. I didn’t know that. Goddamn it. I don’t love you leaving at all.”
Trump has taken his usual-route amidst the criticism - calling Omarosa a 'lowlife' and 'liar'. The Twitter fingers were in full effect:
We have to take Omarosa at least a little bit seriously because she has tapes to back up her claims. After all, if she was such a 'lowlife' and 'liar', why would Trump give her such a high-profile position in both the campaign and the White House? Believe what you want about Omarosa, but she's spilling tea and shelling out all the #receipts.
