The CEO of Merck. and Co, a prominent pharmaceutical company, has officially quit Trump's advisory council. The company is one of the few black-ran Fortune 500 companies. The CEO, Ken Frazier, is a prominent black Republican but is giving the American Manufactoring Council the boot after Trump's lackluster response to the violence and racial tensions in Charlottesville, Virginia. Trump's statement said he condemned violence from "many sides", failing to call out white supremacy or neo-nazis.
Fraizer's statement about his resignation reads, "America's leaders must honor our fundamental views by clearly rejecting expressions of hatred, bigotry and group supremacy, which run counter to the American ideal that all people are created equal."
Trump responded to Fraizer's resignation via Twitter,

UPDATE:
The CEO's of the Alliance for American Marketing, Underarmour, and Intel, also followed suit with resigning from the Manufacturing Council. They make a total of four who have announced their departure in less than 24 hours.
Trump responded in a less-harsh tone to the 3 other CEO's who resigned, tweeting,
