Yes, Trump Just Threatened To Pull FEMA Out of Puerto Rico

Donald Trump has made his beef with Puerto Rico glaringly obvious, and it's leaving many people scratching their head. Does he realize Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, or does he know and just not care?
After a busy week of tweeting about his hatred for the "disgusting" mainstream media, this morning, his tweets took aim at the battered island still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Maria. His tweets issued a warning: "We cannot keep FEMA, the Military & the First Responders, who have been amazing (under the most difficult circumstances) in P.R. forever!” Yes , just three weeks after the hurricane, y'all's POTUS is already talking about pulling FEMA out of Puerto Rico, and is bashing Puerto Rico for their debt, again.
These tweets come after most of the small island is still without power, water, and many vital resources. This seems like yet another attempt from Trump to suggest the island isn't working hard enough to fix the desperate situation. Interestingly enough, Trump did not use this same, offensive language to talk about victims of Hurricane Harvey.
These tweets will likely add to the criticisms many people offer for Trump, that he simply has not been devoted enough to helping the people of Puerto Rico.
