Donald Trump Jr. Posts Email Chain Revealing Planning for Meeting with Russian Lawyer

The pressure is on Donald Trump Jr. for initially lying about his meeting with a Russian lawyer highly connected to the Russian government. If you didn't catch the story yesterday, read about it here.
A day later, Trump Jr. has lawyered up and made an interesting move to post the chain of emails with publicist Rob Goldstone.
The chain of emails, posted by Trump Jr., shows the two talking about the meeting, and Goldstone explicitly telling Trump Jr.:
“This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is a part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump”
Though Donald Trump Jr. posted the emails at an attempt of vindication and openness, it is a bit puzzling how this line especially clears the campaign of collusion. The line yet again proves Trump Jr. lying about the meeting being mostly about adoption, and also proves what many intelligence agencies have been saying: Russian forces were at work to help Trump win the election. The emails also confirm that some insiders of the Trump campaign had direct knowledge that Russia was actively trying to help the campaign defeat Hillary Clinton.
Twitter never fails, and has trolled Trump Jr. for the bizarre confession.
It's being reported that the New York Times had already obtained the emails, and Donald Trump Jr. posted the emails himself so that the NYT wouldn't get to make a huge story of the email leak. Donald Trump Jr. will appear on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News at 10:00PM EST to discuss the debacle.
