Years and dozens of sexual assault allegations later, a Pennsylvania jury has found Bill Cosby guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault. Each count can rack Cosby up to 10 years in prison. The jury at the Montgomery County Courthouse near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, took 2 days of deliberation to convict Cosby of sexual assault against Andrea Constand.

Constand, a former employee of Temple University, was mentored by Cosby. Their relationship made a turn for the worst when Constand testified that Cosby gave her pills that incapacitated her, and then molested her. Constand testified, "I felt Mr. Cosby on the couch behind me, and my vagina was being penetrated quite forcefully, and I felt my breasts being touched,” Constand is the first of Cosby's accusers to successfully charge Cosby criminally.

Former model Janice Dickinson also testified in the retrial, telling the jury that she was drugged and molested by Cosby, "Here was America’s Dad on top of me,” she continued, “a happily married man with five children, on top of me.”

Judge Steven T. O'Neil offered praise for the bravery of the jury, "You have sacrificed much, but you have sacrificed in the service of justice.” The prosecution argued that Cosby used his fame to manipulate and take advantage of women, while the Cosby's lawyers argued that the accusers were just women looking for a come-up.

Cosby's trial that took place last summer ended in a mistrial after the jury could not agree on a conviction.
