If you thought nothing could be worse than Trump tweeting about nuclear war with North Korea last week, you are not in the minority. Unfortunately, you also thought wrong. Here are all of the horrible things Trump managed to do this week.

• On August 11, white supremacists marched through the UVA campus in Charlottesville, VA, armed with torches and screaming racist and anti-Semitic threats. While Trump usually can’t stop himself from Tweeting in response to crises, his silence on this night spoke volumes.
• August 12: Neo-Nazi rallying continued, this time resulting in an act of domestic terrorism that killed counter-protester Heather Heyer and injured at least 19 others. Trump devoted 20 characters of a tweet to the tragedy.

Later that day, Trump delivered a speech in which he condemned “many sides” for the violence that took place in Charlottesville. No mention was made of white supremacy, Nazism, the KKK, or even the watered down name that encompasses these groups: the alt-right.

• August 14: Trump finally called out white supremacist hate groups by name, 2 days after their violent attack on Charlottesville. When he was rightfully criticized for not doing so earlier, he Tweeted this: 

• August 15: In a news presser, Trump once again blamed “both sides” for white supremacist violence in Charlottesville. He excused the behavior of neo-Nazis, referred to some of them as “very fine people”, and accused the media of treating himself and other racists unfairly.
• August 16: Trump axed the Manufacturing Council and Strategy and Policy Form, after 15 CEOS had already announced their respective departures. 

August 17: Trump went on yet another Twitter rampage, where he accused Republican senator Lindsey Graham of lying about his remarks on Charlottesville, and sympathized with statues of dead Confederate war generals. Trump also manages to tweet a conspiracy theory that has been debunked.

• August 18th: Trump manages to prove yet again the administration is in a chaotic mess, firing his chief strategist Steve Bannon.
